Some characters stuck on loading screen

Hello Logged into my game last night and tried to look at the Bio & info section of some of my characters and it just says " Loading.." in the section, the character Portrait still shows up but everything else is missing. We have replicated the issue on 3 different devices with chrome and Firefox. I have disabled all extensions, cleared cache, and Javascript is enabled. 1)  Chrome 71.0.3578.98 2)  Windows 10 (64-bit)

EDIT: I also use Avast for antivirus, this was disabled when testing

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
