I intend to get one of the Roll20 memberships, but I want to know if it'll retroactively enable the dynamic lighting settings of my Tomb of Annihilation module. Or would I need to restart the module.

The modules installed are identical for paid and free users. The dynamic lighting is already there, but just doesn't show up at the free level. If you were to subscribe at Plus or Pro, it would activate. In short, it would just be there without any extra steps.
