Enforce line of sight not working for players.

I'm experimenting with the dynamic lighting and line of sight settings.  I have followed all the instructions on the line of sight section in the dynamic lighting wiki, and can even verify with "ctrl-l" that the player should see what I want them to see; but the players screen is completely blank.  I have tried re-loading their webpage, but it's still all black.  Why is the line of sight not translating over?
Both Win10, Chrome for GM, Mozilla for player.
To ensure that we rule out all potential issues, we ask that  you please carefully work through all of these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues . If you have already done a few of these steps, we ask that you still attempt to follow them in order and then clear your cache to see if anything helps. Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
This may be a conflict issue between dynamic lighting and fog of war or dynamic FOW. I had the same issue come up recently. Players were seeing torches through walls, etc, and closed doors evn though the doors were not open and the players were nowhere in the area. I found that in several cases where this had occurred, I had left FOW or dynamic FOW on. Clicking them off and only clicking on the top 4 boxes of dynamic lighting appears to have solve the problrem (as well as only placin lights where and when you need them on large maps).
Thanks for the helpful response, Greg.  On the page settings, I have Dynamic lighting, enforce line of sight, and global illumination checked.  No FoW at all.  Insofar as the player the "Emits Light" is 60/30/360; all players can see light is checked; has sight is checked.  Still showing up completely black for the player.  Any other ideas? I'd really like this dynamic lighting to be useful, but so far it's more frustrating than it's worth.

You have verified that the specific token in question represents a character, and that character is controlled by that player?  Depending on how the token was created and saved, dragging a fresh one out may not have the right settings. Other things to check: You and the player are on the same map Create a dummy account, and assign control over the character to that account, in addition to the player. You should be able to log in under that account and see what they should see. Follow the troubleshooting steps outlined by Baldur's Great, above. Both you and your player.
