Legendary Action Counts on WOTC monster/npc sheets

I have run into several occasions where legendary actions do not appear to match up with the rest of the sheet. For Mummy Lords, it lists three options for legendary actions, but two of them cost 2 and one costs 3, effectively meaning that the Mummy Lord can only ever use one legendary action per turn. For Juiblex, the listing says 1 legendary action point, but one of the abilities listed as an option for legendary actions costs two - and points don't carry over round to round meaning it has a legendary action it can never use.  Are these mistakes? Do I correct these, or is this RAW? 

I can confirm that both Mummy Lord and Juiblex are listed correctly in the out of game compendium each with 3 Legendary Actions, but in game the text says they each have 1. Seems to be a mistake on the in-game character sheet. Greetings, The 3 Legendary Actions in the compendium is correct and the character sheet listing 1 is incorrect. I investigated this and left a post about a fix here . I want to fix it but it will take some coordination with other people so I do not have an ETA on it at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience, Cassie
