Game never loads

So I have tried this with every major browser and I can not get Roll20 to load a game it just freezes up at the initial loading screen,  now I am a long-haul truck driver and my internet is through a Flying J/ Pilot truckstop account for more than fast enough internet  but I seem to only be able to load a game page if I route internet through my phone's Wifi hotspot, which is something I'm loathed to due  having a limit to my data and a chance of losing my service if I'm caught routing my laptop through there.
Hi Yuki, We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with this.  Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If steps 1-3 does not resolve your issue, please work through step 4 and provide us with that information.
Tested in Firefox, Chrome, and MS edge, to the same result, as soon as I switch wifi sources to my phone or a home wifi network it loads fine but I'm trying to figure out why when connected  through the Flying J/ pilot truck stop wifi account why this blocks the game from loading.
