ALSO TO THE SUPPORT TEAM: Also lost my campaign.

Saw a thread here, posted today, about losing a campaign. Happened to me as well, all assets disappeared, preserved only chat log and players, and I likewise can't find any other way to contact anybody. Restoration would be appreciated if possible. Sorry about throwing another thread up; it seemed more likely to get prompt attention than posting in the other thread. The campaign is called (don't judge me) "Most of our brothers are stationed in SPESS."

Bayer z., I will let Riley know. Some Campaigns are so large and complicated that with our new server system they require finessing to move to the new system. - Gauss
It should be fixed now. Sorry about that. Based on what I'm seeing, there was a really large campaign (the first one of these that happened) that may have screwed up the import process for a very small percentage of campaigns that were copied to the new shard right after that one. We have all of these fully backed up (obviously) but I know it's annoying to have to ask. I'll see if there's a way that I can go back and detect which ones weren't imported correctly.
I went back through and verified about 5,000 campaigns that were in front of and behind the ones that have been having issues in the queue. I found two more that hadn't been imported properly (which I fixed), but the rest were verified as being fine.  If anyone else has this issue, please let us know!
That did it. Thanks a ton, and no trouble at all. Thanks for taking the time to do it on a weekend, too.
