Handouts Not Loading

I'm having an issue where one of the handouts that I use to record the names of encountered significant NPC's won't load. It shows up in the journal, but when you click on it no information ever actually loads. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried reloading Roll20, closing the browser, and logging out and back in. It does not work on either of my computers or my phone.

Hi Spenser, We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with this.  Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues: Step 1:  Make sure to use the right browser             - Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2:  Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3:  Clear your cache If steps 1-3 does not resolve this, please work through step 4 and provide us with that information.
