Mad Mage tokens keep vanishing

I create a game of Dungeon of the Mad Mage as a template, then copy it to make my new games. A few hours later the tokens then vanish from both games. All my maps become token-less. Any idea what is going on?

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions.
