Tutorial; "Page toolbar" Stuck and wont let me Proceed

as the title says, theres a part in the "Page toolbar" that gets stuck and wont let me continue with the tutorial. its right the part that tells your "Hover over the page that has the player bookmark to access the page settings. Click the gear icon to continue." after a few retries i noticed that in the Top Far Left, the text bubble appears, but its way off in the corner that its practically invisible and unreadable. does anyone know the step so i can move on with the tutorial? (PS scrolling all the way Left or up didnt have any affect, the text bubble is still inaccessible.)

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
