non-transparency tokens?

a short time ago I posted bout an authors non-transpencied(is that a word?) tokens...you guys got right no it..but now..i purchased perfect spells..the newest one..and it too has the same thing :( is something wrong with roll20 on my end or something?

ive noticed now another set(the bladed animated traps) now too has white backgrounds. I used them in a previous mod....is it something on the roll20 end? has anyone else had these issues with the sets mentioned?

If you've got access to spells and stuff, i can send you my customized spell code for you to copy and paste.&nbsp; ive put in a good number of the spells normally used and demanding of some flash and awe in ym game.

Kefrem - In an effort to solve this problem for you, I have a question about your issue. Are you adding the effects from the Premium Assets under the Art Library tab? Or are you downloading from the Marketplace listing and re-uploading directly to your game?

I just opened my premium tab and drag and drop

on a second note...under the animated portals...the er...rings? that you can put around them work perfectly fine...its just the stuff with animations. my traps is doin same thing now.

it does it on all on my end...I checked my end and flash is enabled...but if you want specifics its on my gamma world(the one with the kewl banner)

I have a similar issue open with Roll20 support at the moment - I have several of Gabriel Pickard's token border sets (among much else), and they look fine in Windows Explorer (haven't checked on Mac yet), but when I open them in Paint Shop Pro where there should be transparency there's all sorts of junk (it's not all white, so slightly different issue - could be art set specific?). Sort of wish these assets were delivered as PSDs.

I have found that older versions of Paint Shop Pro do not display PNG transparency properly. Try opening them in GIMP or Paint.net or something like that and you will probably see they work right.
