Jukebox Audio Glitches Out

When audio is playing in the Jukebox, whether it's from My Audio or Fanburst, and my mic is turned on the sound quality jumps all over the place and the volume randomly changes. This only happens when the volume is set lower on Roll20, whether it was the master volume and/or the song's volume. I also noticed the audio glitched when the music simply grew softer. Unfortunately, I can't turn it up because then I won't be able to hear anyone else, and they also reported it was much louder on their end than mine (so it was really loud to them while I could barely hear it). We've been using Blizzard chat for communication, so the only audio coming from Roll20 is the Jukebox. I don't think it's related to Blizzard chat though, because the problem still occurred when I simply had a mic test on through Windows. If the mic was receiving at all, it glitched at low volume. And this happened with both the internal laptop mic and my headset mic. I don't know if this is at all related to the implementation of the My Audio feature, or if it's an old issue. Has anyone else had this problem?

Its possibly caused by a setting in your computer turning down audio output when it hears input. If you are on Windows 10, right click the volume icon on the side of your taskbar. Go to Sounds > Communications. It will look like this .
Ok, so I messed around with my windows mic settings and may have fixed the issue. I went into my microphone properties, and under the Microphone Effects tab I disabled Acoustic Echo Cancellation and the problem seems to have gone away.
Hi Donut, We're happy to hear that this is now resolved. Please do not hesitate to create a new bug report if needed. I am going to close this thread. Thank you.
