One of the players in my Undermountain game cannot see his token in game. He can click on it and move it if he knows where it is, and none of my other players have any problem, but it’s invisible to him along with all NPC tokens and the other PC’s tokens. Maps and dynamic lighting work for him it seems, just the token layer is missing. He’s tried every possible browser and even wiped and restored his computer, but no luck. All his other roll20 games load fine, so it’s something with my game specifically and it has to be coming from the server side, not his computer. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know! Lastly, there were a few times he moved his screen around that gave him god vision. Where he could see everything on the map on part of his screen, but still normal on the rest. I’ll include a picture in case anyone can recognize whatever is happening.
