DND 5e by Roll 20 - Adding a new Attack spell does not create an Attack

Hello everyone, I've been having this issue for a few days, that when creating a new Spell with its Output set to "ATTACK", it doesn't create the line in the "ATTACKS & SPELLCASTING" box. I don't see any error in the WebTool Console (tested on Firefox and Chrome). Has something been changed these last days/weeks? This didn't happen before. Could there be any limitation / known issue?
Actually there is an error: Anyone knows what's wrong?

Greetings, I did recently make some changes in this section. Can you walk me through a step by step ? I'll need to know exactly what is being entered and preferably in what order. Also if you do not mind me checking one of your games can you private message me the table & character that is having this issue. Thanks, Cassie
I'm having this issue as well.  When I select "Attack", it is not added to attacks and spellcasting.  Feel free to look into my game, and it's happening for every character. In addition, when when you click on the spell is only outputs the spellcard information.  Usually, it will autoroll the attack/damage or display the Saving Throw DC and roll damage.  Now, neither is happening.
