Dynamic lighting and white squares

I pay subscription just for use dynamic light, but is impossible use then at moment. I draw light lines but does not work, when tokens move around some white squares appears on map at random, some times reveal who i not entended to reveal for players. I want know if this will be fixed soon because to fix this i need draw alot of lines and the game become so heavy, i feel like i paying for nothing.
Hi xVirdin, Sorry to hear you are having issues, a few questions for you: 1 ) Could you provide a screenshot of your map with dynamic lighting lines so we can get a better idea of the layout? 2 ) Could you tell us the name of the game and maps where you are seeing this behavior? 3 ) Do your players see these unintended areas as well? If you log in as a player (with control over a token) do you notice the same behavior? Thanks!
I’ll hop in and confirm this behavior. Last night as we played, the lighting layer was permanently revealed to me (as a player) in any square my owned token had landed in. This included random squares across the map when my DM would move us across hidden areas to show us “new floors” of the map. Map was using global lighting option, which was turned on after our tokens had been dropped already, if that helps you replicate locally. Let me know if you need more info.
Hi Justin, Does this behavior persist if you enable "Update on Drop" for the page?

Are the tokens experiencing white lines animated? There is a known issue with animated tokens and pages where the background is set to "transparent." The GM can change the page's background to anything else and the white lines will disappear.

seems like some page settings might be wonky? Has your DM'd confirmed all settings are good go on the map?
Hopping in to say I had the same issue, but it was resolved after I turned off dim light reveals and refreshed the page

I'm not sure it's entirely related, but it's close enough. When drawing my maps, I use the Polygon/Line feature, and shift-click to place my spots on the map corners (my maps all line up with the grid, with no curves). However, my players can see through the corners of the rooms/corridors. It's acting like the corner/intersecting pixels of the line don't exist. I should mention that this was happening on a map that didn't used to have this problem, and I had not changed the map between sessions. (Last session was sometime last year, so it may or may not be a recent change.)
