I chose the date, yesterday 22nd, but rather than rolling back to yesterday it rolled back to two days before that, the 20th.

Hello Ceejay, on the day when I first rolled it back I was unable to roll to the latest save as it didn't do anything. However, when I tried it again as recommend by ArtRaven I was able to Rollback to a point which I was happy with and simply redid the bits that didn't restore.
