Character Sheets Won't Update Values

I'm running a scifi campaign based on the game Subnautica, and at a certain point I realized when I tried to change the scores of both NPCs and characters, they reset immediately to the default (10). Also, when I try to enter attacks, the text elements show up but not the numerical elements. (And it would let me click to use them regardless.) I thought it might be because I was using the Mass Effect character sheet instead of the regular 5e, but changing it had no difference. In addition, when I have the Charactermancer on (I've tried it both on and off) it doesn't prompt me to use it like it does normally. My other game works fine, so at least it isn't carrying through to all my games. I uploaded a lot of large sound/image files, I'm wondering it it's having trouble parsing those somehow? I've tried troubleshooting steps 1-3 already. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Yes, it did. It also is only happening with the one game, not any of my others.

Hey Koryos. Are any custom API scripts being used? Since you are using a custom sheet, have you contacted the author of the sheet to see if this is a known issue? Can you provide a name/link to the game where this is occuring?

OKAY... UPDATE, after another round of troubleshooting. I think what happened is that I checked a few boxes (global modifiers) in the game settings that the Mass Effect sheet didn't like. I went back to default and the sheets are working again! I made a copy of the game previously with the bug still present so I'm going to fiddle with that for a bit to try and replicate exactly what happened.

Did you resolve this? I see exactly the same behavior!

the reason seems to be that the character sheet updates totally different attributes to what it actually displays. I assume it relates to some substantial rework to the 5e one that its based on. Mass effect character sheet is basically totally broken currently.

Hello alisdair s., Please provide us with the following information so we can help you with this issue: 1) Can you provide the exact steps you take to reproduce this behavior from a brand new character sheet? 2) Could you try replicating this behavior while in private browsing/incognito mode? 3) How are you exiting the edit fields while filling out the sheet? Are you click off of them, hitting enter, etc.
