Help With Dungeons of the Mad Mage Module

First time GM and I could use some help!  I purchased the Mad Mage module from the marketplace.  Before my player tokens moved into the dungeon it was populated with all of the NPCs/monsters/etc that come with the module.  Now that they're on level one everything has disappeared from all levels of the dungeon.  They're not on DM level/token level/etc.  Does anyone have an idea of what happened?  I know it's probably an easy fix but I can't seem to find a solution.

Are you saying that you had already set up level 1 with all the tokens.  Then when you moved your players there and they disappeared?  The module doesn't come with tokens already on the map.  You have to place them there from your journal

Is it possible you've moved the map to front so that it is covering the tokens?

Well i was wrong.  I had the same thing happen.  I bet you added the Map and Deck addon when you first setup the game.  It clears all the maps if you do.  I have the same problem and i've only just realized the tokens are meant to be placed down :( --update I have worked out you can get your maps with the tokens back by making a new game with the module enabled.  Then as long as you have a PRO sub,  You can click the settings cog in the top right of your game and use transmorgifier to copy maps between games.
