Edited 1551552124
I cannot click on or edit anything on the background layer of any of my pages. The image present is blurry and I cannot remove it. When I go to upload a new image to put over the other, upload finishes but does not display new image. My campaign is located on the dev server. Can now upload token art, but still cannot upload background images or select previous blurry images already present in background image.
Hi -jake wallin-, We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with this. 1. When did you first begin experiencing this? 2. Can you reproduce the issue on live? 3. When attempting to upload an image, does it appear in the art library tab at all or does it simply fail to appear? Thanks!

Hey there! 1: About 5 days ago. 2: Yes, I can. 3: It does not. it does not appear at all either on screen or in the library. Thanx! Update 05 6:25 PM (EST) 3/3/2019: Retried to upload art and now shows in library, but all other issues persist.
Hello -jake wallin-, Do you have any extensions or addons activated in either browser? If so, can you disable them and see if the issue persists? Does it happen if you create a new campaign or just isolated to the one campaign? If isolated, can you provide us the name of the campaign? Can you provide us with screenshots of this issue? Thanks.
Hello again! I have disabled all add-ons in either. The problem persists on new games. Here is the screen shot. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cno_gFqvnaCNnLDgfA6q_5Qn_Jq3KILC Also, tonight, while attempting to play my players were unable to move and control their pawns despite having the proper permissions.
Hello I am experiencing the same situation. Issue is persistent across all my games on the Dev Server, and none of my games on the Production Server. Graphics are sometimes slow to load, or rarely not load at all. All graphics in the play space are very blurry. Tokens on top of the graphics are not blurry. Thanks
Hello Jake, Lastly are you able to replicate this issue on the live server?

This issue has been forwarded to our devs, we hope to have an answer for you soon.
Hi Jake, Could you give us the name of a game you are seeing this issue in so we can have a closer look? Thanks!
Hello again, The name of the campaign is Waterdeep: Dragon Hiest on the DEV server. I did not post on the Waterdeep megathread since I built the campaign from my private collection and it's not a purchased campaign. Thanx Again!
That's fine! :) In any case, this seems to be a separate issue from any particular module. I was able to reproduce the error as well and have submitted a ticket to the development team so they can investigate further into the cause. -jake wallin- said: Hello again, The name of the campaign is Waterdeep: Dragon Hiest on the DEV server. Hi, Jake. Thanks for the report. This is caused by the same update to the Dev server that we put out to test the token bar fixes. We'll be fixing some of these issues this week on Dev. Please report any further issues to the dedicated feedback thread on the Pro forum .
