I've had a set of maps and images in the one of my games for a while now and during our session last weekend they showed up just as normal. However when I loaded it up on Thursday to do some prep for the next session the images were severely degraded in quality. I checked the campaign using Chrome and Firefox on my computer, Firefox on my Phone, and had a player test it on his PC as well and the maps were terrible through all 4 tests. I even attempted to re-upload the images and they still loaded with the bad quality. I looked through the recent updates and bug reports and didn't notice anything similar to this so I'm guessing it's something unique to my campaign. I didn't make any changes to the API or Campaign Settings between the logins. The campaign is on the Dev server. Edit: I had a much earlier copy of the game on the live server with some of the same images/maps and they loaded with no problems. My Computer Settings: Windows 10 (64-bit) Chrome 72.0.3626.119 Javascript: Enabled Cookies: Enabled Windows Defender Security Center Malwarebytes Neither program appears to be blocking Roll20 from what I can tell. and here is my console log: It looks like it's trying to swap the preview with the actual image and generating an error because of the "start_time". So I wonder if this is possibly related to the new animated images update? If anyone could provide some help it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
