Webcam and sounds upload issues

It's been years now that my players and I are using roll20 for our games. However the last months are a real nightmares, the servers went down during 2 of our games, the last time the webcams were bugged too and now the music upload are also bugged !  The upload is stopping at 50%~ for absolutly no reason ! We're paying for the pro accounts for years and honestly I was recommanding roll20 to everyone before but since months we have so many bugs, it's REALLY annoying. To be honest we all consider the idea to use another platform to play our roleplay games, we're working so we don't have that much time to play and having bugs litteraly each time we play since 2 months is a nightmare. Is this bug with the music going to be fixed soon ?? Sorry for being aggressive but I feel like roll20 is making fun of his customers recently.
Hello Morisse T., We are still working to resolve the My Audio issues resulting from it's implementation. You can find updates and known issues here . In regards to the Webcam issues, we also put out an update for it this past week. You can find the thread here as well. To see if we can work out any potential issues, however, please  carefully work through Steps 1 through 8 of the Roll20 guide to   Audio Visual Troubleshooting : Step 1: Make sure you’re using the most recent version of either Chrome or Firefox Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Give Roll20 permission to use your microphone and camera Step 3: Make sure Video and Voice are turned on inside Roll20 Step 4: Clear your Web Browser’s Cache Step 5: Make sure you have the right ports open Step 6: Check if your camera is working with WebRTC Step 7: Check that your camera is functioning Step 8: Do a bandwidth test If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 9 : Step 9: Solving Technical Issues Step 9.2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 9.4: Provide a bug report Please ensure that the Console Log is complete. If you have a macbook pro (or a macbook in general), try this: open a terminal and type "sudo killall VDCAssistant" to see if this solves the issue. Information can be found  here in an Apple forum post . Thank you!
