Icon Names Disappearing?

So I made an Overworld map for my game to help players explore the map better. However, the next session after the one intended for it the names of the names on the tokens disappeared from all sight mine included. Any help with this?

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20             - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If steps 1-3 does not resolve your issue, please work through step 4 and provide us with that information.

What layer are the tokens on? Have you checked a token to make sure the "Show Name" box is checked, and that Players See Name is also checked on the advanced tab?
