The only problem with using an infinite deck is that for an N card deck, each N draws will contain 1 of each card. Putting it another way, it’s infinite in the sense that you have a randomly shuffled deck and draw from it until it is gone, then it is replaced by a new randomly shuffled deck, ad infinitum. Unfortunately, an API script is the only way to truly replicate the game easily. Short of that, using the GM whisper and some manual management will have to do. It feels old as the hills and is a card + board game with simple rules and fast play. Spoons (card game) could be rethemed as Swords. Or a similar simple game.
