NPC Token Size not saving

1552338501

Edited 1552338945
I made an NPC and left the token size at "1" since I wasn't sure what to make it. Now I want to set it to "2" and it will not save. Every time I set it to "2" and close the character sheet it reverts back to "1". Am I missing a Save Changes button or something or is this actually just not working? edit: I suppose I should mention it was in the D&D 5e NPC character sheet.
Hi Nate, Can you confirm that you have gone through the following troubleshooting steps? Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeed in resolving the problem, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

Once you resize the token, did you edit the character sheet to link it to the new token? Otherwise, it is still linked to the original token at the original size. If you change anything, you have to edit the sheet, delete the token association, and save the new selected token as default. https://wiki.roll20.net/Linking_Tokens_to_Journals

The "token size" field doesn't actually do anything. It is reserved for future use. It also doesn't change after the initial save. If you are looking to save the actual physical dimensions of the token, get the token the way you want it and then follow the instructions that @Kraynic posted.

If you like following video instructions rather than written ones, here is a video I made with pretty much the same info.
Ok so thank you all for the help. I think it just has something to do with the Dungeon of the Mad Mage and the map scaling and honestly I have no actual clue what I'm talking about. HOWEVER I scaled the token up to 4x4, then relinked it to the npc handout. Now when I drop it on to the map it comes in at the desired 2x2 size.

Ah, that likely comes from the page scale. Does it drop in normally on some pages, but half size on another? I know they made some test changes to scale behavior on the dev server, but I'm not sure if it addresses that problem.
