Purchase issues with monster manual

I recently purchased the monster manual for DnD 5e and it says its purchased when i look for it in the marketplace but i dont have access to the tokens or any other parts of it for my game. Please help!!!!!

I believe it is part of the compendium and not independent. Have you tried accessing the compendium in the game?

It is part of the compendium, which accessed in game by clicking on the letter "i as in india" in the black circle. Look under "Monsters". Give it a second to load as there are a lot of monsters...even more if you bought Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes and Volo's Guide to Monsters.
