hey gang. so right now, i'm unable to connect to a game on chrome - it's called Disaster Squad. i've tested it in incognito mode and on microsoft edge (of all places) and both seem to allow me into the game just fine half the time - but only if i load in as a gm. i cannot load into this game as a player. i want to know why this specific game won't let me launch into it when i open my regular browser. if it was roll20 as a whole, i'd understand, but it's just this specific game. i can launch my other games perfectly fine, but this one simply refuses to launch.  here are the support details of my pc. i'm attempting to launch the game on google chrome. the only extensions active are ones for other websites (DIM. Adblocker is turned off for roll20) i'm really confused why this is happening. i can only load into this game with a 50/50 chance, and when i can, i can't rejoin as a player. it's very frustrating and makes playing the session (which we're trying to do right now!) very difficult :( please assist!

Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20            - Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please provide us with the name of the Character Sheet you are using and thoroughly work through Step 4 . Hi Bee, Seeing as how this seems to occasionally work in incognito and looking at the errors it looks as though the AdBlocker may be contributing to the problem. Could you try fully disabling in in chrome to see if that affects the outcome? A step further would be to also attempt an uninstall of the extension as occasionally disabled addons will still run in the background and inject scripts that can interfere with the tabletop.

it seemed to be a combination of adblocker and my VPN. turning either one or the other off allows me into the game. i also left the game entirely and got re-invited - i'm not sure if that had any help in the matter. all in all, thanks for the assistance! :D
