Keeps rolling with advantage

Im about to start a new campaign with a group that has never played D and D. I'm testing everything out for them so it can go smoothly and every time I click on the character sheet the spell or weapon will roll advantage. I went into the setting for the campaign and turned them off and then changed them to query, and it keeps rolling with advantage. Am I doing something wrong? A little more info I bought the players handbook in roll20 and used the charactermancer to make the characters. Thanks

It could be possible that character sheets are being made with "Roll with advantage" activated. That would require going into the game settings and fixing the particular setting. It could be that the sheet continues to roll advantage after individually selecting, which "may" require unselecting and reselecting just to be sure that the selection is being recorded by the program. I am unsure if the sheet has a save button for any changes done to that sheet. I know the edit tab requires a SAVE button.
This is just a setting on the sheet itself. You can change it individually by going to the settings tab in the character sheet, next to the "Core" "Bio" "Spells".  In the right most column up the top, there is a setting that states always roll with advantage, you can change it to never which will stop it all together, or query which till prompt the user to choose to roll with or without. In this area you can also change a lot of other settings, I would suggest having a good ol' read of the wiki. However and I strongly recommend, having always roll with advantage turned on. You use the left hand side rolls as standard, and then if you need advantage/disadvantage its there. It stops the need to turn it on and off constantly or have the annoyance of the query pop up box. I hope this helps.
I also agree with Vegemite. Having it always on is my preference as well, including the damage also saves additional steps on the user's part.
OK thanks everyone I think I got it working now.
