You have access to your compendium in any game that has that compendium set up. For example, if you are in a game that uses the D&D compendium, you can access any expansions you bought in it, but not any Pathfinder expansions. Are you having trouble accessing content inside a game? Edit to add: This is for the live server only. The Dev server doesn't have purchase information, so the compendium does not include your purchased expansions.
