Dynamic Lighting Issue

So I'm having an issue with my dynamic lighting for a single player.  Everyone can see just fine, but one single player has a completely black screen.  All the tokens have all players see light enabled but no matter how many times he refreshes, he still can't see.  As a side note, when I press ctl+L to see what he sees, I get a black screen but he can see.   How can I fix this?

First thought: Double check the token, and make sure it is assigned to the character, and that the character is assigned to the player. If there is a disconnect here, and fixing it solves the problem, be sure to save that fixed token as the default token for that character.

I did try that with multiple different tokens, so I'm not quite sure.  Could it be something with his browser or computer?

Hello Tyrone, Master of Dungeons, There is a known issue with Ctrl+L that causes it to not work right. you can find more details in our  Animations and AFoW Offical Feedback Thread . To start troubleshooting the issue, please have your player follow the following steps of our    Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have them thoroughly work through all of  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log! They can post it here in this thread.) However, it may be more to do with the settings of the tokens. Can you also post screenshots of the settings for the token? Thank you!
