Error message on browser message log when using iOS app

Hi Just started using the R20 app on iPad. Using a DnD5e campaign. When I make a roll from the app a message appears on the browser message log saying "[NAME] attempted to make 2 rolls, but the results were never received." This happens after every roll after a short delay. The message does not appear on the apps message log. I note this has been reported before. See https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/6862578/error-message-with-rolls-while-using-the-app-and-browser Are we any wiser about this? Cheers.
Hi James. I'm happy to forward this info to the devs, though I just want to confirm you have tried some basic troubleshooting. Have you tried restarting the device? How's your connection? You can test this on your device with several bandwidth testing apps, or try speedof.me . Can you provide any screenshots, or specific steps to reproduce?
Thanks. I have restarted to the advice and I have good broadband speeds. Tried the same setup again this week. Used D&D5e character sheets on iPad using the Roll 20 app and used Roll 20 on the laptop browser (Google Chrome) for maps/messages. Still getting the same problem. When making a dice roll from the character sheet the same message appears on the message log on the browser. My friend tried the same and he was getting the same problem. Interestingly when I make a roll from the character sheet on the app the message doesn't appear in the log on the iPad, just the browser. However, when my friend made a roll from his character sheet on his iPad the message appeared both on the log on the browser and on my iPad message log. I attach images from a screenshot of the browser. Please advise
