Okso i have to ask. Is there a b n b based off dnd rules? Or any other rules? Tbh playing borderlands 2 is part ofthe reason i have been enjoying table top due to the bunkers and Badasses expack for the game. I have a ruleset called Frontier, Its inspired by borderlands and its relatively similar. (Its a download one and I got it from a game I was in.... I don't know how you'd want this sent). It's faster pace than DnD and Pathfinder and runs well.

Actually, I thought something like Wild Talents would work great for a Borderlands setting. It's got a lot of flexibility, so you can build guys with funky powers and tech, and also a fair bit of grittiness in terms of hit locations, etc.
