Anyone willing to help me create a custom character sheet?

I run a basic homebrew system and would like to import the character sheet we use into r20 with the pro level feature. But I know little to no HTML and the process is over my head. I don't want to give up but I know that asking this would be a bit of work. It is a fairly simple character sheet concept. 14 editable fields, 7 with roll buttons, 7 that would need auto calculating value, 6 checkboxes. I have the PDF of the character sheet. How big an ask is this to get help making this into the game?

That sounds pretty simple if you dont need it to look too fancy. Can you post a screenshot of character sheet? Can you describe each of the rolls needed, and each of the calculations needed, in a way that someone who knows nothing about your system can implement them? Do the checkboxes do anything or are they just visual?
Awesome GiGs! thanks for answering and checking it out. Here is a link to the character sheet https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/track?uri=urn%3Aaaid%3Ascds%3AUS%3A8008e961-7b4c-4e2d-adc5-f2dd99c994ed The sheet is form fillable and the roll20 sheet editable fields should be the same 15 editable fields, Name, STR, DEX,CON,INT,WIS,CON, defense, training, level, mind consequence, moderate consequence, severe consequence, items, and gold after those fields, I picture 14 roll buttons, 2 for each [STR, DEX,CON,INT,WIS,CHA, and defense] one for the base modifier added to the roll, and one with the training modifier and base modifier added to the roll. then 9 checkboxes, 6 for each stress box and 1 for each consequence. My homebrew uses the FATE/Fudge dice so each roll would be 4dF (4 fate dice added together) + any modifiers. the only other thing I can think that would work well is a clarifying window after hitting that a roll button that would ask if the roll is at an advantage (+2 modifier) or disadvantage (-2 modifier) also having the stress number being editable would be nice (like the pdf), as they change as the character level up let me know if this description is clear. again thank you for looking into helping me out. -Scott
