Player directory timing out

I keep attempting to look at the player directory (specifically for Pokemon players) and it times out for me. this isn't the case whenever I put in other games that people are looking to join. I get a timeout error from my web browser (I have used chrome, firefox and edge in an attempt to fix it)

Hello Adam L., We are sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue. I just attempted it and it took a bit of time to process the request but was able to load players in Chrome. Please note that we only support Chrome and Firefox. To rule out potential issues, please  carefully work through the steps of our guide to   Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
