One of my users cannot edit their characters

User is missing the "Edit" button on their character journal page, despite the character being set to be editable by all players. User is in the Chrome Browser, with no extensions. Character page is named "Rose" in my campaign&nbsp; <a href="https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/4477534" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/4477534</a>. &nbsp;User has recently changed screen name to "Rose" since joining the campaign.
