Black screen for players (No fog of war)

Hi everyone :) I'm trying to run " Sunless Citadel " that I bought, but everytime I join as a player (to check my changes), I only see black screen (For of war is OFF). No problem as a GM. I saw some thread that talk about Google Chrome (wich I'm using). Is it the problem ?  Thank you

Do any of the tokens have you specifically listed as a controller? You can only see through tokens you control.

Yeah, I created one with " All players " and myself as controller. The weird thing is I have no problem seeing the pages I created myself (introduction, or the Tavern where I want my players to take the quest... I see all the images I shared). It's only the pages added by the official " Sunless Citadel " module.

Can you post the sight settings of the token you are using? A screenshot would help pinpoint what's going wrong. Other screenshots, showing the token in place on a page where it is not working would also help. Basically, you need two things to be able to see through a token. A token that is controlled by you and has sight. An unblocked light source (this could be your own token if you are carrying a torch or have darkvision). If it is not generated by you, the light source needs to have "All players see light" checked.

First Screenshot bellow (French version) : As a GM, that's what I see. Fog of war is ON, in this page. But I took it off in this room, as you can see. The Token has light ON, 40 ft. around him. He's assigned to " Lanceval " (me) and " All players ".  Second Screenshot : As a player, that's what I see : All is black. The zoom is far, to be able to see all the map. The question mark show where I should see the token and the room. But nothing :/  Thank you for your quick help ! :) 

This very thing happened last night in a game I was in as well. The settings were the same, but all the players got a black screen.

Heh. You're covering up the checkbox I most wanted to see. :) On the advanced tab of the Edit Token dialog box, make sure "Has Sight" is checked. I'm not sure what that would be en Français. Also, and this may just be an oddity of Roll20, because this sometimes happens. You have the token selected, but no health bars or radial menu or bubbles are showing. It's probably the interface being glitchy, but worth checking.

It wasn't checked ! But now it is, and no change :/ Moreover, the first page is totally without any Fog of war, and it makes the same black screen when I connect as player. It's only on the officials map. I should probably create a new campaign with the same module, I don't know.

Hmm. I show the original settings of that page as Dynamic Lighting only, No fog of either kind. It looks like the intent is to control player visibility through dynamic lighting alone. Try turning off Fog of War. The way this is set up, you won't need it. Here's my player view of that same room with your settings:
