Audio Upload Problems

I am trying to upload some audio for my upcoming D&D campaign and every time I try to upload some, it fails and says "Server responded with 413 code". Does anyone know how to fix this? I have already adjusted the file sizes to below 20Mb so I know that they are not too big, as that was the first issue I encountered. I have been at this for about 2 hours. Any ideas?

From what I can see, the 20 MB limit is a theoretical maximum, with the actual maximum depending on your upload speed before timeout kicks in. Just a guess though, based on posts in the thread Brian linked.
