Cannot see Map Backround

I am a player in a game and for some weird reason I cannot see the backroundmap. I can see what the GM draws but I am the only one who cannot see what the GM is showing. It is not an issue of ribbons or tokens, that seemed to have been checked by the GM (and is working fine for the others). I am using Firefox and I have removed all extensions and addons. I deleted my cache. After that I even tried to change Browser and installed Chrome out of frustration. Problem persisted... I am using Avira. I've been having the same issue myself now for 2 weeks. I have loaded the game periodically to see maybe if it was corrupted, but it loaded fine. Yet today, again I cannot get it to load.

Of course, as we just found out when wanting to check my DMs info, although all I did was reinstall a adblock and reactivate some plugins I had deactivated It now works... (And yes I restarted my PC back then so also not the reason). I hope it will no reoccur but if it does I will post those infos you asked. Thanks anyway!
