I cannot access to Chat entries.

I can able to log game but I can't access to Chat entries like older ones, Other players can except me.. I have been trying remove all History,cache and cookies but it's still show's this and has keep going almost a 2 weeks.. I am not sure is it browser or the server... Would like to help me?
