Pathfinder Necromancy, Wizard or Cleric?

I am playing pathfinder for the first time and I was wondering what you thought about necromancy. Simply put what is better a cleric or wizard at it? I know about the Undead lord: www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/cleric/archetypes/paizo---cleric-archetypes/undead-lord, because of this I am very unsure of what I would like better.
Ether will do, you can choose wizard with necromancy school or cleric with undead lord archetype
