Charactermancer D&D 5E stuck on loading character

I am fairly new to roll20 and bought one of the campaigns.  To practice, I loaded up the campaign and attempted to add new characters using the charactermancer.  Every character I try to create hangs up at the building your character.  If I cancel and then reopen the character sheet the personality traits, ideals, bonds and flaws are not populated.  Everything else seems to be fine other than that.  Please help because I am planning on running a campaign soon and it will not be a good start if I cannot create a character at the beginning.  BTW I am using Chrome.
