What is the current wisdom on voice changing software for DMs?  And what communication options (Google Hangouts, Roll20, Facebook, Skype, etc.) are recommended for a group that spans the US & UK?

I have players at times from North America, Australia, and Europe. We primarily use Discord; but when that gets flaky we swap to Skype as a secondary. We use MorphVCox Pro by Screaming Bee for voice changing when desired.  Hope this helps.
