Using images from other's Image Libraries, OR transferring from my Image Library to someone else's without breaking anything in a campaign.

OK, so i know its a really niche question. If I were setting up parts of a campaign for a friend but don't want to be part of the campaign myself and don't want to use up the space from my Image Library, is there a way of using images from my friend's image library while they are not around, or can I upload something to my Image Library and transfer it to my friends Image Library at a later date without breaking the campaign? If the answer is no to both, can anyone think of a way around this which doesn't require my friend being around to help?

If they create a map page and drag in all the requisite artwork, as co-GM in the game you can copy/paste it in other maps. That’s pretty much it.
Thanks Aaron but that doesn't much help my situation. :/

That is what |'ve done in the past for my co-GM's. Works great as they can indicate the kind of things they need and I can drop a bunch onto the page for them to pick from. I don't have to be around any more than the time it takes me to go into the game and add the art to the page, they also don't have to be around while I do it. Sometimes I even have a google doc/sheet where they can put a list of things that I can fulfil as and when I have time... I have a lot of art lol.
Thanks Ziechael, This does work fine for tokens and maps although i will have to guide my friend though the mass upload process, but i can't copy an image from a map and put it into a handout or character sheet for example. I might post something into the suggested ideas about this.

They can then drag it from their computer to the handout. It's convoluted, but I believe that should work for your scenario to get images into handouts. In that case, there would be a nominal usage of space in your image library, or your friend can do the handout images themselves.

Thanks Brian, I was hoping there would be a way of setting up the campaign myself with minimal input from my friend so that he can just run the campaign, but I guess I will have to do the following: Me: Make all the assets before i begin so they are in one folder and hope i don't miss anything. Friend: Mass upload the assets with the fiddly mass upload (he is not very tech savvy so that worries me), then grab all of the images and put them into one map. Me: Use those images to make the maps, tokens and such. Also make all the handouts without the images. Friend: Add the images to all the handouts. Also I will have to guide him though how to make each macro so they are set up too as you cant share macros. T.T Me: Either realise I have missed something important and restart the process from step one, or I got it right and we are done and leave them to it. I can see there is a workaround sort of, just wish there was a better way of doing this with less back and forth between me and my friend. Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Doesn't someone elevated to GM have access to the in-game macros? I would have thought if you created them, the game's creator would also have access to them.
