Modules are designed to be the base of the game when it is created not added on to one already existing.. To move the maps and other info into you already existing game, you will need to use the transmogrifier (pro subscription feature)

You can also start a new game with the Pathfinder campaign module but use the 5e character sheet. You will get all the art and maps, but the Pathfinder character sheets will be unusable. Then you could move over the characters from your current game to the new one with the character vault.
