It appears that the SWN revised character sheet is not properly calculating uncommitted effort when you have a Foci that increases your effort. Biosionics at 1, wisdom at 15 (+1) and with Psychic Training Foci at level 1 (increases maximum effort by 1) it is only listing uncommitted effort at 3 instead of 4. Has anyone else seen this issue?
