Yes, but it's a round about process. I assume you're wanting to bring in a token image?  Here's how it works: GM creates a blank character for you.  You open the character and go to edit mode. You drag an image onto the avatar spot.  You save and close the character. You or the GM drag the character to the map. The avatar will be used as the token.  GM configures it as desired.  GM sets it as the default token on your character.   Alternatively, if the GM has Vault access, you can create the character in a game of your own as that game's GM, then import the character to your GM's game via the character Vault.
