Updates to system? Because roll20 NOT working (Video and Voice)

Updates to system? Because roll20 NOT working (Video and Voice)... We seem to be able to log on but only see avatars. No Video, No Voice. Others having this issue?
yep, currently
Same here, we logged in for our weekly session 30 min ago and no video/audio chat. Is a fix/workaround in-coming?
We just did a Google Hangout and then played as usual
Hello all, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the site. If you have this issue again or are still having it, please carefully work through Steps 1 through 8 of the Roll20 guide to Audio Visual Troubleshooting : Step 1: Make sure you’re using the most recent version of either Chrome or Firefox Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Give Roll20 permission to use your microphone and camera Step 3: Make sure Video and Voice are turned on inside Roll20 Step 4: Clear your Web Browser’s Cache Step 5: Make sure you have the right ports open Step 6: Check if your camera is working with WebRTC Step 7: Check that your camera is functioning Step 8: Do a bandwidth test If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 9 : Step 9: Solving Technical Issues Step 9.2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 9.4: Provide a bug report Please ensure that the Console Log is complete. If you have a macbook pro (or a macbook in general), try this: open a terminal and type "sudo killall VDCAssistant" to see if this solves the issue. Information can be found here in an Apple forum post . Thank you!

@Dragon Dreamer The instructions you have linked to do not indicate which ports Roll20's WebRTC is using for signalling and discovery. Step 5 is impossible to complete.
I had the same problem last night. Did anybody figure out what the issue was?
We're having the same issue. My DM and I are on right now trying everything on the debug steps but nothing is working. We're able to peer-to-peer with each other on the test sites, but not Roll20. We found this issue on 5/1/19 when we logged in to play our weekly game. We had no issues the previous week.
Hello all, If you are still having this issue after following the Troubleshooting steps, please be sure to follow Step 9.4: Provide a bug report including a Console Log. Thanks!
omg I havent seen a single mod thread where they didnt just keep spamming use the troubleshooting steps. Ive been a developer for almost 20 years, you can actually start investigating code without a bug report.
Hello Orbax, Thank you for your input. The troubleshooting steps are given to rule out potential issues and for the mods to be able to collect all the necessary data needed to pass along for the developers to be able to fully investigate the issue. Audio Video issues have already been passed along to the devs. However, the more information that can be collected, the more information the devs will have to be able to help with resolving this issue. We thank you for your passion and understanding. If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to contact the devs at Team@Roll20.net. Thanks!
A bunch of threads have now popped up around this issue, is there any statement coming from Roll20 on whether it's being investigated/RCA etc?
Same here, nothing to do with @Dragon Dreamer 's advises (but still thanks for the infos) -> Bug report
Hello Evan, Evan said: A bunch of threads have now popped up around this issue, is there any statement coming from Roll20 on whether it's being investigated/RCA etc? At this time, we do not have any further information to provide. As soon as we do, it will be provided. Thank you for your understanding!
We are having the same problem, players only see their own video. We had the problem already on April the 29th, our last session (today is May 6th) but shrug it off thinking it was a temporal problem. I was surprised to see that a week after the problem still persists. We have tested Chrome and Firefox and we are a mix of Linux, Mac and Windows.
Go check out the sticky thread on webRTC issues. I just made some posts. Did you add or remove a player account (not character), recently?
