Addition to skill

I'm super new to adding macros and things to Roll20 (and I'm DMing a game...so i need to figure it out). I have a barbarian that recently took the Intimidating Prowess. It uses both the Charisma and the Strength mods. However, due to their rage, their strength isn't exactly consistent. Is there a way to tell the character sheet to add whatever their current Str mod is? 

You will need to let people know the game system and the exact character sheet you are using before people can help you.  Too many differences between systems and character sheets otherwise!

If you're not sure which one you are using (i.e. you're not the gm or game creator, in which case it would be on your game settings page), a screenshot would probably help those familiar with the sheet identify which one it is.
