Campaign Journal Rearranged

My entire campaign journal was rearranged. I've tried rolling back 1 week and that did not work. All of my entries were pulled out of their subfolders and alphabetized at the bottom.
Hello Matt F., I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with your sub folders. Could you let us know the name of the campaign this issue has happened in? This will help the devs know where to look for this issue. Additionally, I have passed this issue along to the devs. We hope to have more information for you soon. Thanks!
Out of the Abyss/Storm King's Thunder
Hello Matt F., Thank you for that information. We hope to have more information for you soon.
Hi Matt -  When was the last time you played that game? And do you recall doing anything differently the last time you played?
The last day that I recall playing was 4/23/19 and everything was in order. The journal was fine. I came back to the game and noticed the journal change May 2 when I logged in and noticed everything pulled out of the subfolders and arranged alphabetically at the bottom. I don't even know how that could have been done.
Is there an update on whether my journal can be fixed?
Hey Matt, We can't fix that because the game is simply too large and the Firebase data keeping your folders intact was corrupted as a result. You're running multiple modules in one game and it's ballooned to the point where a rollback just can't be done due to the sheer size of your campaign. In the future, it's better to break up the games, like one adventure module per campaign. And as a pro user, you can use the Transmogrifier tool to move your homebrew characters from game to game.
Hi, Sorry to interject into this conversation, but I want to avoid this situation for myself.  We've recently began what I expect to be a long running campaign, and this thread makes me slightly concerned about how many maps/assets can one game support.  I already have ~20 maps (though most are just a single map image with bunch of tokens) and this is the beginning of the campaign.  I would not be surprised if I end up with over a hundred maps by the end.  Is this unreasonable for a single game?  What's the limit of how many handouts, notes, maps, one game could really handle?
I'd like to know this, too.

I wrote a post addressing this, and then realized this was the wrong thread to post in, being Matt's bug thread. It's probably best to ask that as a separate question.
