Rise of Tiamat Map not loading (RoT spoiler)

Hi, I've been running the Rise of Tiamat Campaign using the roll20 modual for about 3 months now. My group just got into the lair of Arauthator and we encountered a slight issue... the map is so large that it will either not load, or when it will load and then when any tokens are interacted with, the page will freeze and go unresponsive. I'm not sure why the map would be created when roll20 will even tell you if a map is too large and it will take a long time to load or not load at all... To try and get around this, I've figured that I'll need to split the map into two different ones and I was hoping to get some assistance from roll20 to do this. My computer is definitely not the issue and I can pull up my specs if people think that might be a concern. That being said, no myself nor my players are able to load into the map properly to be able to play on it (which caused us to have to cut our session short today which was kind of a bummer).
Hello helios, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Rise of Tiamat map.  To make sure we rule out other potential issues, could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
