I ordered Tales from Yawning Portal today, clicked on credit card, good news, all stuff showed up.

Ordered Lost Mines of Phandelver a little while later.  Did the same click yes on Credit Card, got the screen that tells me about the product, and it did not show up for me to add to my campaign.

How do I get it to show up?

Where is it?

What button do I need to push now?

Tales from the Yawning Portal is a collection of Addons. They are added on to an existing game. Lost Mine of Phandelver is a module. Modules are typically larger or more involved and could bog down an existing game. Modules are used at campaign creation time. Fortunately, you have access to the Transmogrifier and can import any needed assets like characters or NPCs from a previous campaign if your intention is to make this a continuation of an existing adventure.

As I understand your answer, I need to make a new / fresh game and then load Lost Mines?

Almost. When you create your fresh game, choose Lost Mines at creation time. It will be a big button on the righthand side of your game creation page. If you have purchased more than one module. Basically, you are telling Roll20 to create a new game based on the module. The new game will be populated with all of the maps, handouts, characters and monsters from the module. Here is a wiki page that may help.
