Shorcuts Not Working

The shortcuts to swap tools isn't working in one of my games. In the other game I can press for instance "Q" and change to the ruler but it doesn't work in the new one I've recently started.

Our first suggestion if you are encountering technical issues is to check our guide to  Solving Technical Issues . This should be the first thing you should try if you find you are having problems as it resolves many problems and is frequently requested for a bug report. If none of the above succeed in resolving the problem, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)

Do you have the Advanced Shortcuts (<a href="https://wiki.roll20.net/Advanced_Shortcuts" rel="nofollow">https://wiki.roll20.net/Advanced_Shortcuts</a>) enabled in the game?

Thanks Rabulias! That setting must have been turned on automatically when it was implemented on my old campaign. It's working now. Thanks again!
